• Develop and formulate strategies, standards and procedures for human resources development.
• Ensure that there is a healthy and conflict‑free work environment in each of the employees within the company and of possible work risks within each of the company’s operations.
• Ensure and supervise that all government requirements (STPS, SEMARNAT, COA License and all legal requirements applicable to our plant, industry and customers) are carried out. Also with the requirement CT‑PAT, IATF 16949, NOM035, ISMS and environment ISO 14001‑2015.
