About the Role

The HR Manager leads KCAT’s overall Human Resources strategy and operations. This role ensures that HR systems, workforce planning, performance management, and culture-building efforts support KCAT’s organizational growth and multi-town expansion.

The HR Manager oversees HR programs, employee engagement, talent development, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. This role directly influences KCAT’s culture, employee experience, and organizational scalability.
