Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the organisation.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Develop and execute training, learning and development programmes to enhance employee capabilities and leadership competencies.

Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Partner with management on HR strategies, employee relations, performance improvement, and organisational effectiveness.
