Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the Durham Region, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen their human resources function. This HR Manager role is highly visible and hands‑on, ideal for a business‑minded HR Manager who can balance strategic leadership with operational execution.

The HR Manager will:

  • Lead the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership as the organization’s primary HR Manager for employee relations and people strategy
  • Manage workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with Ontario employment legislation
