Job Description
Amplio is looking for a Lead – HR to own end-to-end HR operations and support hiring, people processes, and employee experience. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working closely with business leaders.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, offers, and joining
- Own HR operations: onboarding, documentation, policies, attendance/leave, and employee records
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a strong company culture
- Support performance cycles, feedback processes, and internal communications
- Handle employee queries, issue resolution, and ensure compliance with HR hygiene
- Coordinate with payroll/finance for monthly payroll inputs and employee data accuracy
