Job Description
We are looking for a HR Manager for our Lahore office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices suitable for a startup environment.
· Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, appraisals, and exit processes.
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files.
· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
· Support management in performance management, goal setting, and employee development.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations
· Promote a positive, ethical, and productive work culture
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
