Job Description

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting leadership, enhancing HR processes, ensuring legislative compliance, and helping scale the organization during a period of continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration
  • Support a multi-site workforce, including union and non-union populations
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation, labour laws, and workplace safety requirements
  • Partner with operations leadership to drive employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Support workforce planning and hiring aligned with business growth and expansion
  • Manage employee relations matters including investigations, discipline, and workplace accommodations
