We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager to become the very first dedicated HR professional our client’s growing manufacturing facility, located in Mississauga. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to help shape, implement and build the HR structure. You will partner directly with leadership to establish foundational policies, drive recruitment, ensure compliance, and foster a strong, safety-first culture on the production floor.
