DXB Perfume is the UK's leading distributor and retailer of premium Arabian fragrance brands. We operate across retail kiosks, wholesale distribution, e-commerce, and franchise channels, with national and international growth plans.
We are now hiring a commercially minded HR Manager to build and lead our people strategy during an exciting phase of expansion.
This is not a transactional HR role.
This is a growth-enabling leadership position.
The Role
You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to design scalable people systems that support:
• Retail kiosk expansion
• Franchise development
• National account growth
• Warehouse & distribution operations
• E-commerce and head office teams
You will be responsible for building structure, performance frameworks and accountability across the business.
