This is a key leadership role supporting firmwide HR operations and partnering closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day human resources functions across the firm
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives related to hiring, retention, employee relations, and compliance
  • Shape HR policies, support staff development, and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
