Our client, a highly regarded, leading regional law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their New Jersey office.
This is a key leadership role supporting firmwide HR operations and partnering closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day human resources functions across the firm
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives related to hiring, retention, employee relations, and compliance
- Shape HR policies, support staff development, and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
- Lead firmwide recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives in compliance with employment laws and best practices
