The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a software house or digital marketing agency and be capable of building a strong company culture, enforcing policies, managing talent acquisition, and driving employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives for both employees and the organization
Create and enforce rules, regulations, and disciplinary protocols across departments
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding for executive and expert-level positions
Maintain strong hiring pipelines and industry connections for sourcing top talent
