Duties and Responsibilities:
This individual will be a partner and advisor to the executive team, overseeing all aspects of human resources including ensuring labour law compliance, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, and organizational design. The head of HR will also ensure that HR operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable to meet the evolving needs of the business. Lead change management and cultural initiatives. Employment equity initiatives, supporting BBBEE and compliance requirements, and ensuring that HR systems, records, reporting, and governance standards are maintained accurately and effectively.

Desired Experience and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field
  • 5+ years experience in a generalist HR role
