Human Resources Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established regional company, for the position of Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, OSHA, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.) and manage HR audits, inspections, and reports.

2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Plan and manage workforce requirements across all departments (production, maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.).
