Job Summary

To establish strong people governance, discipline, and performance accountability across a 300-employee manufacturing organization with a mixed local and foreign workforce.

This role is
not
a welfare or admin HR role. The HR Manager is expected to advise management firmly, enforce policies consistently, and reduce people-related risk. In this role, you will be accountable for the HR strategy implementation and act as a strategic HR Business Partner for local business function.
