Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, leave administration, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD, PCB, etc.).
- Oversee all ESD processes, including registration, application, and renewal of Expatriate Employment Passes, ensuring full compliance with immigration and regulatory requirements, and liaise with JTK and other relevant authorities on related matters.
- Maintain and renew HR-related systems, payroll licenses, and staff insurance policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policies.
