Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy & execution
- Drive smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution & grievance handling
- Ensure proper attendance, leave & HRIS management
- Oversee performance management & appraisal systems
- Support leadership in team development & capability building
- Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & HR best practices
