About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Indonesia) to lead our local HR operations and support our fast-growing team. This role will partner with our Regional HR and Country Leadership to ensure best-in-class people practices, compliant operations, and a positive employee experience.
You will be hands-on, people-focused, and able to balance strategic planning with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all HR operations in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Partner with the Country Director and regional HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and development.
