Human Resources Manager

Lexdan Select is assisting a manufacturing company with their search for an HR Manager.

This role is based in Pinetown, Durban.

Salary: R35 000 p.m. to R45 000 p.m.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as an active member of the Exco, contributing to organizational strategy and decision-making.
• Champion the company culture, values, and integrity across all levels of the business.
• Advise the CEO and Board on HR, transformation, compliance, and people-related matters.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, referencing, and background checks, and onboarding/induction.
• Ensure full compliance with South African labour laws, including MIBCO regulations and Workmen's Compensation.
• Ensure a positive work environment through proactive employee relations, address grievances, mediate disputes, and manage disciplinary processes
