Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Islamabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee performance. Additional tasks may include conducting training and development programs, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
