We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Professional to manage recruitments and HR operations in our Facility Management Vertical. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience in the Facility Management Sector, with strong knowledge of workforce management, compliance, and employee engagement in a service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for facility staff viz. Housekeeping / Food and Beverages etc , technical teams, and support functions.
- Develop talent pipelines for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and administrative roles.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
