Job Purpose

• Responsible for HR administrative processes such as time office & payroll, contract labour management, labour law compliances and attending to statutory notices / legal cases.

• Support Senior Manager – Plant Personnel in handling industrial relations in the plant.

• Could be given exposure to security and facility management too as part of the role


Business Responsibility Areas

• HR Business Partner responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, induction areas for Executives and Operators at plant

• Lead the learning & development as well as capability building agenda at the plant in coordination with Central ERIR team

• Track and report Plant HR performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics in the form of dashboards and scorecards

• Prepare a detailed engagement events calendar for the plant covering different employee cohorts and execute it in a timely manner within budgets to the s...
