Your tasks

  • Internal HR Management:

    • Managing the agency's performance appraisal system, compensation, and benefits programs.
    • Ensuring the agency's HR policies and procedures are compliant with labour laws.
  • External Recruitment Management:
    • Facilitating the hiring process by acting as an intermediary between client companies and candidates.
    • Scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and assisting with offer negotiations.
  • Strategic and Advisory Role:
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the agency's business goals.
    • Staying up-to-date on market trends to advise client organizations on recruitment strategies.
