Job Description
On behalf of our client, an automotive Tier 1 supplier of machined components, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager with strong employee relations, H&S and other workplace Law compliance, and staffing strategies experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.
This strategic and crucial position will be involved in the setting up HR policies and procedures from scratch as they relate to manufacturing. This position will work closely with department managers to forecast needs, manage recruitment, and foster a positive workplace culture.
