Position Overview


The HR Manager Flexible Films, is responsible for the overall direction, leadership and performance of the Human Resource team within the Flexible Films business, supporting the Sales, Operations and Technical & Engineering Services client groups. An integral member of the respective leadership teams, the HR Manager will identify, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies designed to attract, develop, motivate and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving business objectives.
