Responsibilities
Monitoring the storeroom for incoming-outstanding of stationery, office equipment/supply, uniform, and miscellaneous.Monitoring the office equipment of departments.Monitoring messenger/bill collector for conducting under the company’s policy.Handling the Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relation, Compensation Structure, Training Program, and Development Program.Inspecting and monitoring the security and cleaning systems.Controlling and conducting canteen responsibilities.Planning & monitoring the expenditure budget of general affairs job/keeping records.
