PRTR is currently working with a manufacturing company. They are now looking for an HR Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the storeroom for incoming-outstanding of stationery, office equipment/supply, uniform, and miscellaneous.
  • Monitoring the office equipment of departments.
  • Monitoring messenger/bill collector for conducting under the company’s policy.
  • Handling the Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relation, Compensation Structure, Training Program, and Development Program.
  • Inspecting and monitoring the security and cleaning systems.
  • Controlling and conducting canteen responsibilities.
  • Planning & monitoring the expenditure budget of general affairs job/keeping records.
  • Qualifications

  • Female, age 35-50 years old.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years ofexperience in overall HR Functions.
