Human Resources Manager

We're running a confidential search on behalf of a well-established organisation with a global footprint and a complex, multi-stakeholder operating environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll be expected to advise department heads as a true business partner, while also being close enough to the detail to make things actually happen.

What you'd own day to day

→ Full-cycle recruitmen t — partnering with department heads to understand real staffing needs, benchmarking compensation, running interviews, reviewing offers, and shaping onboarding so new hires land well

→ Talent and successio n — building career paths for high-potential employees and developing honest, practical plans for those who are underperforming

→ Performance managemen t — driving the mid-year and annual review cycles end-to-end, and coordinating with the CHRO and ...
