Role Description

Sunny Side Up is looking for a an HR Manager based in Bangalore to share their talents with our team. Someone with 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience with a prior stint in an advertising, creative, or fast-paced agency environment is strongly preferred.

• Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a 'thinking partner' and advisor to senior business leaders on people, culture, performance, and risk, translating business strategy into actionable people plans.
• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing, and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience to boost retention.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the go-to person for employee-related issues, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
