We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations within a fast-paced plant environment. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while overseeing employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all human resources activities for a manufacturing facility including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational goals
