The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to studio leadership—championing the full employee lifecycle, aligning people strategy with business objectives, and fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and development across the organization in Brazil.
In this dual strategic and hands‑on role, the HR Manager ensures that HR programs, local processes, and people‑focused initiatives strengthen studio performance and support a positive, inclusive culture. This includes translating global HR and L&D strategies into locally relevant actions, advising leaders on organizational priorities, and ensuring compliance with Brazilian laws and benefits practices.
