About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant, kitchen, bar, service, and corporate positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department heads. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified hospitality professionals.
