Responsible for all plant HR functions, programs, and activities, including: time & attendance, employment policies, compensation & benefits, training, staffing and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager plans and carries out policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organize and implement process for recruitment, selection and hiring both hourly and salaried personnel.
  • Advise the Plant Manager on employee-related matters as they relate to the effective and efficient operations of the Plants.
  • Drive Onboarding/Offboarding, and Retention and Attraction initiatives.
  • Maintain harmonious relations between team members and plant management.
  • Disseminate management’s position on appropriate matters to team members.
  • Advise and apply plant handbook, company policies, government labor and employee laws such as LTF, IMSS, NOM035, ...
