Job Description
The Manager, People & Culture provides operational leadership and strategic support for key human resources functions at Archway Community Services, including labour relations, recruitment and selection, job design and evaluation, performance management, Health & Safety and organizational change.
Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the Manager ensures the delivery of consistent, proactive, and compliant HR practices that support a positive, equitable, and high-performing workplace culture. The role is instrumental in fostering effective labour–management relationships, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning People & Culture programs with Archway’s mission, values, and collective agreements.
The Manager works collaboratively with leadership, staff, and union representatives to support organizational effectiveness, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across all HR functions.
