Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Team in Lee's Summit, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Contract and Corporate employees;

  • Benefits administration including communication of benefit information;

  • Organize annual open enrollment;

  • Carry out recruitment effort for all entry level external candidates;

  • Routinely use creative methods for candidate outreach;

  • Announce and conduct interviews for internal position vacancies;

  • Provide new employee orientation;

  • Administer ethics and sexual harassment training programs;

  • Perform employee counseling to include addressing performance or personal concerns;
