- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and benefit information.
