Role Overview
We are looking for a
Talent Hunter HR
whose main job is to find and hire high-quality creative people.

90% of the roles you will hire for are creative roles:

• Video Editors
• Motion Designers
• Storyboard Designers
• Script Writers
• Creative Strategists
• CSMs

We work in three main areas:

SaaS, Paid Ads, and Organic Content.
You must understand what
good creative work
looks like. This is not basic HR. You must know how to judge portfolios, creative quality, speed, and skill level.

Your job is simple:

Bring strong creatives into the company consistently.
Key Responsibilities

• Hire for creative roles consistently every month
• Use our existing JD system and improve it when needed

• Paid ads
• Organic posts
