Job Summary
The Human Resource – Employee Services Intern supports the HR Employee Services team in delivering efficient and accurate HR support to employees. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee records management, and employee query resolution, helping ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Services Support
Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and employment records.
Support the management of HR tickets or cases through an employee services or helpdesk system.
Escalate complex concerns to appropriate HR teams when necessary.
HR Operations & Administration
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS or internal databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding documentation and coordination.
