Responsibilities
- Assist the management and department teams in day-to-day HR coordination and employee-related activities.
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents for compliance and statutory requirements.
- Help in handling employee queries and directing them as per company policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Drive all internal and external events for employer branding and publish them.
- Work with cross teams for the organization needs.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
