Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end execution of HR project, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees involved in the project, providing clear and professional updates.
  • Handle necessary documentation, scheduling and specific to the project’s needs.
  • Any other ad doc duties as assigned.


Our main 3 focus areas are:

  • HR system/ Successfactors integration
  • Total rewards and job mapping review
  • Regional exposure to review HR structure, policies and compliance


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields.
  • Interest in HR role.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Internship Period: Sept to Dec 2026
