Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
  • Organize and maintain 201 files and other employee documents.
  • Ensure accurate filing and updating of HR records.
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Mandaluyong Area.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
