Job Description: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Intern
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
Mode: Full-Time | Onsite
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HRBP Intern to support HR operations and partner with business teams. This role is ideal for candidates with prior HR experience seeking hands-on exposure to strategic HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as HR SPOC for the Sales business unit.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Handle employee queries on HR policies, attendance, and leaves.
Conduct 1:1 connects , pulse surveys , and 30-60–90 days onboarding connects.
Support performance management , engagement, and feedback processes.
Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Partner with stakeholders on people-related matters.
Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
