Human Resources Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to key HR processes in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and organizing orientation sessions.
Employee Records & HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
