Role Purpose



The human resources (HR) intern is responsible to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, gaining practical experience in HR practices and operations. He/ she is accountable to assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and data management.





Key Responsibilities



Assist with job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews

Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation and orientation materials

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Assist with payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying necessary data; as well as, help track employee leave requests
