The HR Intern will support talent acquisition efforts for both retail and head Office roles, assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment logistics. Additional responsibilities include organizing the filing system and handling day-to-day HR operations. The HR intern will be responsible for the specific day-to-day operations of compensation and Benefits of Employees and lastly, manage employee engagement activities. Qualification BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management Required Skills Basic understanding of Human Resource processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong organizational skills.
