Role Description

As an intern, you will support daily HR operations, including assisting with employee records, facilitating employee benefit processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and coordinating personnel-related tasks. This is an on-site role located at our WP. Kuala Lumpur office, offering hands-on experience in human resources management within a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management processes
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with relevant HR software and tools is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur for the duration of the internship
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
