Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in attendance tracking and HR data entry.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to basic employee queries under supervision.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
