Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance tracking and HR data entry.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to basic employee queries under supervision.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
