Job Description
What You’ll Work On
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for tech and business roles
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records
- Help set up core HR policies, processes, and templates (JDs, offer letters, onboarding kits, etc.)
- Drive engagement initiatives for remote teams and keep the team connected
- Research HR best practices and recommend new tools or platforms as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Social Sciences preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, , and/or any ATS is a plus
