Job Description

What You’ll Work On

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for tech and business roles
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records
  • Help set up core HR policies, processes, and templates (JDs, offer letters, onboarding kits, etc.)
  • Drive engagement initiatives for remote teams and keep the team connected
  • Research HR best practices and recommend new tools or platforms as we scale


What We’re Looking For

  • Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Social Sciences preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely, independently, and in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, , and/or any ATS is a plus
