Job Description

The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, executive search operations, and internal stakeholder management.

  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing and talent acquisition activities.

  • Building up a database of prospects.

  • Input and update data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.

  • Research information about the market, clients, and industry.

  • Coordinate with responsible people from other divisions to collect information for weekly, monthly reports.

  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business development activities.
