Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Support automation of recruitment processes (ATS optimization, interview scheduling, dashboards).
Assist in improving candidate experience through tech-enabled workflows.
Analyze hiring data and generate reports for TA leadership.
Talent Engagement
Help implement and manage employee engagement tools (surveys, feedback platforms).
Automate engagement tracking and reporting.
Support internal communication and digital HR initiatives.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Assist in managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Support automation of training nominations, tracking, and completion reports.
Analyze learning data and effectiveness metrics.
Talent Operations
Support HR operations automation (onboarding, documentation, HRMS workflows).
Assist in data cleanup, system integration, and process standardization.
