Your job:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Draft and post job descriptions across multiple recruitment platforms
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities
