Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist – Oracle HCM

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to take functional ownership of a well-established Oracle Fusion HCM environment. This role focuses on post–go-live stabilization, system optimization, quarterly updates, and integrations with payroll platforms such as ADP . You will serve as the primary HRIS lead, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across HR technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on day-to-day support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle HCM
  • Act as the escalation point for Tier 1–3 HRIS issues
